Hello everyone, it's just a few days until the trip! woop etc.

I was thinking of meeting at about 11:30 by the picnic site at driveside. It is £5 parking (but you need to bring coins for the machine) and free entrance. Dogs are welcome.

Car Sharing Shenanigans

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to see if I can get an idea of any spare space in cars etc, there are a few people that would like to come but don't have the means to get there.

Right the poll is closed, the 20th August is the date that most people can make it.

Really sorry to those that can't do it - maybe you could change your other plans? Coz this is clearly an important event..

Anyways put that date in your diary and we'll sort stuff nearer the time. Let me know if you need a lift and we'll see what we can do.

the tricky "when shall we do it" stage

So in a what I suspect will be a futile attempt to get a date sorted I thought we could try doing it through doodle. Not as in @captain_doodle (although that is *quite* tempting) but that organising website thingumy bob.

So go here and vote on what dates you can do - hopefully it will let you select multiple dates.

ooh scary first post!

Just setting up a blog thingy is daunting but this is for a noble cause and all.

Well not noble as such, more just a cause. Actually it's not even that is it, let's just accept that it's a tweetup, although I could do a whole other blog on how I find the term "tweetup" annoying. But I digress.

We fancy going to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, it looks ace, I've never been and after the wonderful Chatsworth meetup that some of us had last year we figured it'd be a good location for another.
